The League’s Executive Dialogue

On April 1-3, 2025, Jaime Agostino, Vizo Financial’s VP of sales, marketing and education, attended The League of Credit Unions and Affiliates’ Executive Dialogue in Bonita Springs, Fla. The event, designed for large asset size credit unions, provided informative presentations and small group discussions on timely topics, as well as networking opportunities. It was a beautiful place to connect and grow with fellow credit unions!

MACCU Spring Conference

The Management Association of Carolinas Credit Unions (MACCU) held their semi-annual Spring Conference in Wilmington, N.C., on April 17-18, 2025. Vizo Financial’s president/CEO, Fred Eisel, and corporate account manager, Robyn Cooper, attended the two-day conference and enjoyed the time spent with credit unions!

West Virginia Credit Union League Connect 2025

Jaime Agostino, VP of sales, marketing and education, and Joe Reiner, corporate account manager, traveled to Charleston, W.V., to join the West Virginia Credit Union League’s Connect 2025 Conference on April 24-25, 2025. Vizo Financial was even a morning refreshment sponsor for the event. MACUMA Spring Charity Golf Tournament

‘Tis the season for charity golf outings! And no one is more happy to be there than Vizo Financial’s corporate account manager, Joe Reiner, who attended the Metropolitan Area Credit Union Management Association (MACUMA)’s 2025 annual charity golf tournament on April 28, 2025, at the Whiskey Creek Golf Club in Ijamsville, Md. The League’s EMERGE Conference

Global Women’s Leadership Network May EmpowHER Hour

It was a virtual affair for the Global Women’s Leadership Network (GWLN) May EmpowHER Hour on May 1, 2025. Vizo Financial’s VP of sales, marketing and education, Jaime Agostino, joined this session to engage in interactive discussions and celebrate the unique bonds of women (and others) in the credit union movement. CrossState Harrisburg Chapter Bocce Ball Tournament

The competition was ON at the CrossState Credit Union Association’s 8th annual Harrisburg Chapter Bocce Ball Tournament on May 3, 2025, in Hershey, Pa. For Vizo Financial, it was also a victorious event, as our team – consisting of Jaime Agostino, VP of sales, marketing and education; Cindy Hagan, VP of compliance and fraud risk; and their spouses – won the tournament! All proceeds went toward the association’s CU Action Fund, which goes toward credit union advocacy efforts. We’ll be back to defend our title at next year’s event!

MDDCCUA DC Chapter Meeting

Where else would Joe Reiner, corporate account manager, be on May 8, 2025, other than the MD|DC Credit Union Association’s DC Chapter meeting? Nowhere – he wouldn’t miss it! The meeting was held at PAHO/WHO FCU in Arlington, Va. Thanks for having our beloved Joe there to spend time with some of his favorite credit union folks!

CrossState Greensburg Chapter Vendor Night

If you were at the CrossState Credit Union Association’s Greensburg Chapter Vendor Night on May 13, 2025, in Latrobe, Pa., you probably saw two familiar faces from Vizo Financial. Our core solutions product manager, Ashley Aubele, and corporate account manager, Steve Houser, represented Vizo Financial at the event, meeting with and updating credit unions on the many back-office solutions the Corporate has to offer. Ashley also spoke to those in attendance about the benefits of having a cooperative core solution that is credit union owned and operated. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to chat with us!

Delaware CUES Chapter Meeting

In the spirit of leadership education, Vizo Financial’s president/CEO, Fred Eisel, and SVP/chief engagement officer, Rodney May, attended the CUES Delaware Chapter Meeting in Malvern, Pa., on May 14, 2025. It was a very informative evening spent with respected credit union leaders – we were happy to be a part of it!

CrossState Small CU Peer Group Meeting

Tiny but mighty…that was the mood at the CrossState Credit Union Association’s Small CU Peer Group Meeting, which was held virtually on May 14, 2025. Jaime Agostino, VP of sales, marketing and education, was in attendance to join the conversations on how small institutions are making big impacts and will continue to do so moving forward. We enjoyed being a part of this unique group experience and, of course, serving small credit unions!

CrossState Allegheny Kiski Valley Chapter Dinner

Mike Bechtel, Vizo Financial’s information security engineer, shed light on business email compromise and methods to avoid this security concern with credit union attendees at the CrossState Credit Union Association’s Allegheny Kiski Valley Chapter Dinner on May 14, 2025. Thank you to everyone who attended the session and took the time to learn from one of our very knowledgeable security experts!

Carolinas Clay Classic

It was clay birds for a cause as Vizo Financial’s president/CEO, Fred Eisel; SVP/chief financial officer, Mark Brown; and corporate account manager, Robyn Cooper, attended the annual Carolinas Clay Classic on May 16, 2025, at Rocky Creek Sporting Clays in Richburg, S.C. The event, which benefited R.O.A.R. Outdoors, included a team sporting clay event, long-bird challenge, raffle and silent auction. Vizo Financial also acted as a Long-Bird sponsor. Our team had a great time celebrating and supporting an organization that works to empower people with disabilities to rediscover a love for life after traumatic injury. It was a wonderful day!

CrossState Connect Annual Convention

Many Vizo Financial staff members were ready to connect with credit unions at the CrossState Credit Union Association’s Connect Annual Convention in Bethlehem, Pa., on May 20-22, 2025. Attending the event were Fred Eisel, president/CEO; Jaime Agostino, VP of sales, marketing and education; Lori Gall, EVP/chief operating officer; Bryan Hoover, compliance risk analyst; Steve Houser, corporate account manager; Fran Molano, corporate account manager; Ty Snavely, corporate account manager; and Jeff Stoner, EVP/chief strategy officer. In addition to greeting credit unions at our booth, Vizo Financial also acted as the Welcome Beverage sponsor of the event and donated a gift set of Pennsylvania-made items to the event’s Spring Raffle benefitting the CrossState Credit Union Foundation. We also wanted to say congratulations again to our gift basket winner, Missy Peifer of Service 1st FCU – thank you so much for visiting with us!

Member Appreciation Reception

On May 20, 2025, during the CrossState Connect Annual Convention, Vizo Financial held a Member Appreciation Reception for members of the Corporate. The reception was held on the Pool Terrace of the Wind Creek Hotel & Casino with delicious bites, flowing drinks and an abundance of appreciation for our members. With over 100 credit unions registered and several staff members in attendance to share our sentiment of gratefulness, it was truly an event to appreciate!

MDDCCUA Play Yellow Charity Golf Classic

Teeing off for the kids…that’s what corporate account manager, Joe Reiner, and many other credit union employees had in mind at the MD|DC Credit Union Association’s Play Yellow Charity Golf Classic to benefit Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) Hospitals on May 21, 2025, in Columbia, Md. It may have been a rainy event, but it didn’t put any damper on anyone’s enthusiasm. In fact, the event raised $30,760 for CMN Hospitals. Check out the happy faces on Joe and Don Johnson, CEO of Advantage Financial FCU. Way to go, golfers!

MDDCCUA Chapter Summit

On May 28, 2025, Jaime Agostino, VP of sales, marketing and education, attended the MD|DC Credit Union Association’s Chapter Summit in Columbia, Md. This full-day event allowed participants from all MD|DC chapters to come together to collaborate, connect and build a stronger chapter system. Vizo Financial acted as a sponsor of the event, and Jaime shared insights throughout the group’s discussions. Thank you to the MDDCCUA for inviting us to join!

Members 1^st FCU Golf Classic

Time again to tee up! Vizo Financial’s president/CEO, Fred Eisel, and corporate account manager, Steve Houser, did just that alongside Matt White, president/CEO of Blue Chip FCU, and Greg Wagner, CEO of PA Central FCU, at Members 1st FCU’s 28th Annual Golf Classic at the Hershey Country Club in Hershey, Pa., on June 2, 2025. Proceeds from the event benefited the Members 1st Charitable Foundation, which supports local communities and organizations. Always a pleasure!

In the midst of Annual Meeting season, it’s no surprise that Vizo Financial’s president/CEO, Fred Eisel; EVP/chief strategy officer, Jeff Stoner; SVP/chief financial officer, Mark Brown; VP of sales, marketing and education, Jaime Agostino; corporate account manager, Robyn Cooper; EVP/chief operating officer, Lori Gall; corporate account manager, Nic Gates; compliance risk analyst, Bryan Hoover, and SVP/chief investment officer, Scott Wood, were present at the Carolinas Credit Union League’s Annual Meeting from June 8-10, 2025, in Asheville, N.C. From playing in the golf outing (Fred and Mark never miss an opportunity to break out their clubs!) to sharing the latest Vizo Financial news and services with credit unions at our booth, the event allowed us to build connections and experience the cooperation in action. We can’t wait for next year!

At the event, Jeremy Jenkins spoke about how credit unions can harness the power of AI to save one of their most valuable resources – time. The League’s ENGAGE Conference

Vizo Financial stormed Orlanda, Fla., for The League of Credit Unions & Affiliates’ ENGAGE Conference on June 10-13, 2025! Our team of Fred Eisel, president/CEO; Jeff Stoner, EVP/chief strategy officer; Jaime Agostino, VP of sales, marketing and education; corporate account managers, Robyn Cooper and Joe Reiner; and Sam Nevers with our partners at Vertice AI, enjoyed attending the event and meeting with credit unions like Wesley Gordon, treasurer at Beacon CU (pictured below). What an ENGAGING event!

MDDCCUA CONNECT Annual Convention

If you attended the MD|DC Credit Union Association’s CONNECT Annual Convention on June 15-17, 2025, at MGM National Harbor in Oxon Hill, Md., you likely saw the many faces of Vizo Financial! Fred Eisel, president/CEO; Lori Gall, EVP/chief operating officer; Jeff Stoner, EVP/chief strategy officer; Jaime Agostino, VP of sales, marketing and education; Mike Bechtel, information security engineer; and Joe Reiner, corporate account manager (along with Sam Nevers from our partners at Vertice AI) were all in attendance. Fred Eisel led a special session with the MDDCCUA Rockers to talk about credit union leadership and how to advance your career in this industry and, yes, he rocked it! We also shared information about Vertice AI and risk management with credit unions (and handed out some of Jaime’s famous cookies) at our booth. And, as the Ice Cream Break sponsor, the Vizo Financial team donned their aprons and old fashioned hats to serve ice cold sweet treats, garnering a lot of happy smiles and making this event one to remember!

CCUL Central SC Chapter Meeting

Robyn Cooper, Vizo Financial corporate account manager, attended the Carolina Credit Union League’s Central SC Chapter of Credit Unions Meeting on June 24, 2025, in Columbia, S.C. She enjoyed the time spent learning and socializing with credit unions at this event!

MC FCU Charity Golf Outing

Corporate account manager and credit union/sports enthusiast, Ty Snavely, attended the MC FCU Charity Golf Outing on June 27, 2025. He golfed with a team of Service 1st FCU employees, as show in the picture below. Proceeds from this year’s tournament benefited the Getting Ahead Foundation, an organization that helps individuals in our local communities break the cycle of poverty through education, empowerment and practical tools for lasting success. It was a great day for golf and giving back!
